Cand incep sa fiarba se adauga o lingura de vegeta si se mai lasam pe foc cca 10-15 min. Intr-e timp taiem ceapa marunt, carnatul rondele si le punem la calit intr-o oala cu putin ulei, pana cand ceapa devine aurie. Luam cealalta oala cu legume, le strecuram, iar supa  impreuna cu legumele le rasturnam peste carnatul calit cu ceapa. Daca supa nu este suficienta mai adaugam apa. Se scot galbenusurile si se amesteca cu pateul, o lingura de mustar, sare si piper. Cu pasta obtinuta se umple jumatatile. Pana acestea fierb, facem sosul: se pune intr-o cratita 50 ml ulei, faina, sarea si smantana se amesteca si de dezleaga cu apa (500-600ml), dupa care se pune pe foc si se lasa sa fiarba. Cand sosul a inceput sa fiarba, se adauga o lingurita de busuioc, crud sau uscat, se mai lasa sa dea 2-3 clocote si se ia de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;Pastele se strecoara, se clatesc in apa rece se pun intr-un casrton si se adauga sosul, se amesteca bine si se lasa 5-10 min, acoperite cu un capac. Se adauga in compozitia lichida si se amesteca usor, pana la omogenizarea completa. Zaharul se pune intr-o creatita pe foc, iar cand acesta incepe sa se rumeneasca, se adauga nuca macinata. Compozitia se rastoarna pe o plansa unsa in prealabil cu ulei, iar dupa racire se sfarma cu sucitorul. Se pune in sita si se cerne. Deasupra se pune aluat si se unge cu ou. Se amesteca separat untul si mierea; se adauga apoi, treptat, la compozitia racita. Se bat albusurile, dupa care se adauga restul ingredientelor rand pe rand. Se pune in tava unsa si tapetata cu faina si se da la cuptor. Se verifica cu scobitoarea, iar cand e gata se lasa la racit, dupa care se taie in doua. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Crema: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;6 galbenusuri, 250 gr. zahar, 2 linguri cacao, 100 gr unt. Se pun galbenusurile cu zaharul si cacaoa intr-o oala (pe abur) si se lasa pana se topeste zaharul, dupa care se lasa la racit. Se amesteca crema cu untul. Se mai lasa pe foc 10 minute, dupa care se da la rece 20 minute.Se ia o foaie de placinta, se unge cu ulei, dupa care se aseaza spanacul si se ruleaza, dar atentie, pe cum rulati, asa ungeti foaia de placinta.Pregatiti o tava incalzita putin si unsa cu ulei. Dupa ce ati terminat de  rulat  foaia, puneti-o in tava si ungeti-o cu ou. Se lasa cca 15 minute la frigider. Intre timp preparati budinca conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj iar dupa racirea acesteia adaugati margarina si mixati bine.Pasul urmator, luati o folie de plastic, dc nu aveti taiati o punga, o ungeti cu margarina, o puneti intr-un  castron de marime medie si incepeti procedeul de lucru astfel: intindeti salamul de biscuiti de aproximativ 1 cm incepand din josul castronului si urcand pe peretii acestuia, dupa care puneti un rand de crema, iar peste salamul de biscuiti si tot asa pana ajungeti sa umpleti castronul. Se incalzeste putin lapte si  se amesteca cu drojdia, dupa care se incorporeaza tot laptele ramas si drojdia cu faina. Se framanta cca 15 minute. Se acopera vasul cu un prosop si se lasa la dospit 1 h, dupa care se intinde o foaie de cca 1 cm si se taie rotund cu ajutorul unei cani. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pe bucata de aluat se pune rondeaua de ananas si se acopera cu o alta bucata de aluat. Se pune la prajit un ulei incins. Se scoate si se lasa la 5 min la racit  dupa care se pune intr-o tava cu ulei, se sareaza, pipareaza, si se taie ici colo pentru a introduce usturoiul. Galbenusurile se freaca bine cu 3 linguri de zahar + 1 lingurita de zahar vanilat, apoi se adauga peste albusuri, iar la final se pune amestecul de faina + cacao + praf de copt si se omogenizeaza totul usor prin rasturnare cu o paletzica.Se pune compozitia intr-o tava unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina, am copt blatul la 175 grade. Intre timp pregatiti un servet de panza umezit peste care rasturnati blatul copt si se ruleaza pe lungul foii.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;CREMA - 2 budinci preparate conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj, amestecate cu 200 gr unt, se bat cu mixerul pana se incorporeaza budincile.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;PREPARARE: Se intinde foaia, se unge cu crema, punem o banana si o rulam. Cand ceapa devine sticloasa, se adauga ciupercile , sarea, piperul si se acopera cu apa. Se lasa la fiert cca 30 min. la foc moale. Inre timp se pune pieptul de pui la fiert in apa cu sare timp de 15 min. Cand ciupercile sunt gata, se adauga pieptul de pui taiat si se mai lasa la foc 10 min. Facem crema cu laptele conform instructiunilor de pe plic. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Blatul il taiem in 2, punem primul blat in tava, insiropam  baltul cu sucul din compotul de piersici, punem jumatate din crema apoi asezam piersicile cu deschizatura in jos, una langa alta, turnam restul de crema, punem cealalta jumatate de blat insiropat inainte. Dam totul la frigider 2 ore. Daca nu e suficienta supa de carne, se adauga apa fiarta. Ciorba este gata atunci cand cartofii sunt fierti. Se adauga otetul si patrunjelul taiat marunt. Cand ceapa devine sticloasa, se adauga cartofii curatati si taiati rondele. Se adauga o cana de apa si se lasa la fiert. Cand cartofii sunt aproape prajiti, se adauga carnatul taiat rondele, ardeiul taiat marunt sarea si piperul. Se mai lasa la foc cca 15-20 min. Se taie ceapa si usturoiul marunt, iar peste ele se adauga in ordinea urmatoare: jumatate din compozitia de dovlecei, jumatate din maioneza. Se repeta operatiunea iar la sfarsit se adauga sarea si piperul. Se torna compoziţia obţinută într-o formă de tort unsă cu unt şi tapetată cu făină şise da la cuptor pentru 30 de minute. În acest timp, se pregăteşte crema: se amesteca brânza cu vanilia şi zahărul şi se da la rece. Se taie apoi 2 felii de pepene, se curate de sâmburi, se piseaza, apoi se strecoara sucul obţinut, iar bucatile de pepene ramase in urma strecurarii se adauga in crema de branza. După ce s-a răcit blatul, se însiropeaza cu sucul de pepene, se întinde uniform crema de brânză şi se decoreaza tortul cu triunghiuri de pepene fără sâmburi. Triunghiurile ies uşor pentru că se taie o felie de pepene, apoi se departeaza miezul de coajă şi din acea bucată rezulta triunghiurile. Dupa ce a fiert se pune in pahare in cantitati egale. Se lasa la fiert la foc mic cca 3 ore, asta in cazul in care nu doriti sa spumati supa.
